By downloading or using the JobPre : BCS Primary PSC NTRCA application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. License

JobPre : BCS Primary PSC NTRCA grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the app strictly in accordance with these Terms.

2. Restrictions

You agree that you will not, and will not permit others to:

License, sell, rent, lease, assign, distribute, transmit, host, outsource, disclose, or otherwise commercially exploit the app or make it available to any third party.
Modify, create derivative works of, disassemble, decrypt, reverse compile, or reverse engineer any part of the app.

3. User Responsibilities

The question bank and course materials provided in the app are intended for personal educational use only. Sharing or distributing any copyrighted content is strictly prohibited.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Updates

We may provide enhancements or improvements to the app, including patches, bug fixes, updates, upgrades, and other modifications to improve functionality.

5. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the app immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time.
